Guns n' Roses was formed in Southern California in 1985, and despite numerous personnel changes have sold over 100 million albums worldwide. The group's first album, 1987's Appetite for Destruction reached #1 in the States and spawned three Top 10 singles, including "Welcome to the Jungle." They have gained particular notoriety through guitarist Slash's flashy shredding as well as frontman Axl Rose's volatile relationships with his bandmates.
