A great hand-painted cel of Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble hand-signed by Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera. This cel was presented by Worldvision to the head of Commtron in Hayward, CA for their help in promoting The Flintstones' first episode VHS release in 1987 and has the original presentation letter attached to the back of the frame.
