Scottish-born troubador folk-singer Donovan Leitch began his career in 1965 with the release of "Catch the Wind." His lilting gentle voice and acoustic stylings were heard on many hits of the era such as "Sunshine Superman," "Mellow Yellow" and "Wear Your Love Like Heaven." His 1968 "Hurdy Gurdy Man" delivered a much heavier sound, and in 1969 he released "Barabajagal" with the original Jeff Beck Group. He is one of the newest inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
