Hapshash and the Coloured Coat The Soft Machine Turns On Poster

Hapshash and the Coloured Coat The Soft Machine Turns On Poster

$200.00
The Soft Machine was a pioneering English psychedelic, progressive rock and jazz fusion band from Canterbury. They took their name from the book The Soft Machine by William S. Burroughs. They were one of the most influential underground bands of the era and the center of the Canterbury scene. Hapshash and the Coloured Coat created this early promotional poster for them. The band was a fixture at the UFO and often alternated with Pink Floyd in playing gigs there.

Web Images cannot adequately display the sheen of the metallic silver ink used in the printing of this beautiful fine art silkscreen reprint.
